A spokesperson for Michigan’s Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) says incarcerated people will be vaccinated according to the priority group they fall into based on their age or health conditions, and all other people will be vaccinated during Phase 2, when the vaccine becomes available to anyone over 16 years old.
